One of the most important decisions you will make in dealing with a pharmaceutical litigation case is the selection of a plaintiff's law firm to represent you. You will want to choose a law firm whose pharmaceutical litigation attorneys have significant trial experience with pharmaceutical cases, and sufficient resources to aggressively prosecute your case against well-funded and determined adversaries.
When Casey Gerry takes on a pharmaceutical case, we commit to doing everything that it takes to reasonably and properly prosecute the case, with the aim of securing the most favorable resolution possible for our client.
An important consideration in choosing your counsel is to find a pharmaceutical attorney in whom you have confidence, and can trust. There will likely come a time when you must decide whether to resolve your case through settlement or proceed to trial. At that point, your confidence and trust in your attorney will be vitally important.
If you or a loved one has been injured by NSF, you should contact a plaintiff's law firm with significant experience in pharmaceutical litigation as soon as possible. When you contact Casey Gerry, Gayle Blatt, Wendy Behan or a member of their experienced pharmaceutical litigation team will discuss your case with you to help you determine the best way to proceed. Casey Gerry would be pleased to have the opportunity to review your claim.
The usual arrangement for hiring a lawyer in a dangerous drug case is a contingent fee agreement. The attorney agrees to be paid a fee only if the client's case is ultimately successful, either by settlement out of court or by a judgment following a court proceeding. The attorney then receives a percentage of the final amount recovered. This fee arrangement is helpful for most people with injuries from a dangerous drug because it does not require the person bringing the case to pay any money up front. Often the attorney may also be able to front the costs of litigation through the conclusion of the case.
Most states have laws, called statutes of limitation, which prescribe how long after an event you may file a claim or a lawsuit related to the event. Because of these statutes, it is urgent that if you or a loved one believes you have a claim related to GBCA, you contact an experienced plaintiff's attorney so that your claim can be evaluated before the time limit is reached.
